Strategy

Hybrid Management Model

The CEO directs and controls all business operations, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the Company achieves its financial vision, mission and long-term goals.

Formulates business operations strategy, improves performance, procures equipment and resources to ensure optimised service to clients. Mentors team members and maintains quality of customer service.

Coordinates and oversees non-revenue operations to ensure seamless efficiency. Provides strategic planning, operational support and administrative advice on staff management, financial planning and facilities management. Ensures labour and remuneration law compliance.

Develops financial plans, oversees budgeting and forecasting, manages business development activities, develops P&L plans, reviews actual results against budgeted goals and evaluates vendor contracts and expenses.
